Property listing information, including photographs, descriptions, and data displayed on this Site, may be provided in part through Internet Data Exchange (IDX) feeds from the applicable Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and its participants. This content is owned by the respective listing brokers, agents, photographers, or the MLS, and is displayed on this Site under license or authorization from the MLS. If you believe listing content displayed on this Site infringes your copyright, please follow the notice procedure below.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content appearing on this Site infringes a copyright you own or control, you may submit a written notice to our Designated Agent that includes the following information, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you posted or that identifies you was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent that includes:

3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; and
4. Repeat Infringers

It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances, to disable or terminate access to the Site for users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
